Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days from the date of shipment, applicable to both domestic and international destinations. We maintain a single unified shipping tier—there are no express or priority options available at checkout. This streamlined approach allows us to offer completely free shipping on every order regardless of cart value or destination.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship free. No minimum purchase required. No regional surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number delivered via email upon dispatch. Tracking links activate within 24 hours of carrier pickup. If your tracking shows no movement after 72 hours of receiving the notification, please contact info@gymsharkusshop.it.com with your order number.

International Orders

International shipments follow the same 6–12 day delivery window. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping estimates.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect address entry, unclaimed mail, or refusal at delivery will be refunded minus original shipping costs (though shipping is free, a flat administrative fee may apply). Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order exceeds 15 business days from the ship date without confirmed delivery, contact us immediately. We'll open a carrier investigation and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund at your discretion.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November–December), processing may extend to 4–5 business days. Delivery windows may also experience carrier delays outside our control. Order early to ensure arrival before specific dates.
